From a faucet swap to a full custom-home rough-in — one licensed contractor covers residential, commercial, agriculture, and most things gas.
Gas Fitting
Gas hot-water tank repair & install, tankless water heaters (Navien annual cleaning & install), BBQ boxes, gas ranges, patio and shop heaters, tube heaters, brooders, boilers and radiant heat.
Residential
Custom homes, renovations, million-dollar builds, town homes, and pre-manufactured homes — rough-in to final connection, done to code.
Commercial
Restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, food processing facilities, schools and science labs — experience in 4-storey condos and high-rise work in Vancouver and Richmond.
Agriculture
Tube heaters, brooders, drinkers, hydrants and wash-downs, water filters and medicator systems. Experienced in piping chicken and dairy barns.

Van Egdom Plumbing Ltd. was established in 2016, when Kyle and Sarah Van Egdom moved to the Creston Valley from Chilliwack, BC. It felt like the right place to raise their two daughters and build a future — with a passion for the outdoors and gardening, the fit was perfect.
Kyle brings over 16 years of experience across every aspect of plumbing and gas. Sarah brings 10+ years in customer service, administration, bookkeeping and interior design. You're in good hands from the first call to the final inspection.
